The phenomenon of digital financial services, particularly Paylater, has been increasingly developing in Indonesia. The convenience of transactions, payment flexibility, and attractive promotional offers have made these services widely used by the public, especially among young people. However, on the other hand, the use of Paylater may pose financial risks if it is not accompanied by adequate financial management skills. This issue highlights the importance of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy in supporting individual financial management. Financial literacy helps individuals understand basic financial concepts, while financial self-efficacy reflects an individual's confidence in managing finances effectively. In addition, financial risk attitude also plays a role in determining an individual's willingness to make financial decisions involving risk. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on financial management among Paylater application users in Padang City. This study employed a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative research methods, with a sample of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive effect on financial management. Financial self-efficacy also had a positive effect on financial management.
